Welcome to EverAll. By accessing or using our application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service. EverAll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, our policies, or any applicable laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Use of the Service

Account authentication and management are handled by Clerk; EverAll does not store sensitive authentication data. 5. Account Management
Account creation, authentication, and management are provided by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Clerk account and credentials. EverAll is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Clerk credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of suspicious or harmful activity.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service, including microtransactions or paid features, at any time without notice.
7. Third-Party Integrations
EverAll is an independent platform that integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Clerk, Discord, and others. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the respective third-party services. EverAll is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these external services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service, including all features, microtransactions, and integrations, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, error-free, or operate without interruption.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverAll and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill;
- Issues resulting from unauthorized access to your account or content;
- Errors, outages, or bugs in the Service;
- Issues related to third-party integrations or microtransactions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EverAll, its affiliates, and service providers harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, microtransactions, or violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
