Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview
EverAll offers optional supporter plans and in-app purchases that provide access to exclusive digital rewards, cosmetics, and progression enhancements within the EverAll platform. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
2. Billing and Payment
By subscribing to a supporter plan or purchasing digital items, you acknowledge:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected)
- One-time purchases are billed at the time of transaction
- Payment is processed through our authorized payment processors
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices may change with 30 days notice before billing
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
3. Supporter Plan Features
Supporter plans and digital purchases may include access to exclusive content, digital items, unlockable features, or other enhancements within the EverAll platform. These may include, but are not limited to, cosmetics, progression rewards, early access, or special recognition. Such content is intended for personalization, enjoyment, or recognition and does not affect core platform functionality.
4. Auto-Renewal Terms
Supporter plan subscriptions will automatically renew unless:
- You cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- We terminate the subscription service
- The subscription was canceled during the refund period (if applicable)
5. Ownership and Retention of Content
All content, digital items, or features that you have earned, unlocked, or received during your active subscription or through one-time purchases remain permanently available to your account, even after your subscription ends or is canceled. You will not lose access to previously granted content due to subscription expiration.
6. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods or for digital items already delivered
- Access to supporter rewards continues until the period ends
- Renewal payments stop after cancellation
6. Service Modifications
EverAll reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue digital rewards or features with reasonable notice
- Change pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Add new supporter tiers, features, or digital items
7. Account Status
Your subscription or access to digital rewards may be affected if:
- Payment fails or is declined
- Terms of Service are violated
- The service is abused or misused
- Fraudulent activity is detected
