EverAll respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy outlines procedures for reporting copyright infringement and how we handle such claims.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, please submit a written notification that includes:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- Statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- Statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. DMCA Notification Process
Send DMCA notifications to our designated agent at:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was wrongly removed
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your name, address, and phone number
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy to terminate account privileges of repeat infringers. A user who receives multiple copyright strikes may have their account suspended or terminated.
5. Good Faith Belief
We process DMCA notices in good faith and strive to follow the law while protecting both copyright holders and users' rights. False claims may lead to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
6. Modifications to Content
We may modify, prevent access to, or remove any content that we believe infringes copyrights, with or without notice.
7. Legal Jurisdiction and Compliance
All DMCA claims and counter-claims are processed under United States law. By submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you consent to:
- United States federal court jurisdiction for DMCA-related disputes
- Service of process via the email address you provide
- Application of United States copyright law to your claim
False claims may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) of the DMCA, including costs and attorney's fees incurred by alleged infringers.
8. Corporate Responsibility
As a service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512, EverAll:
- Maintains records of all DMCA notices and actions taken
- Implements technical measures to track repeat infringers
- Preserves evidence related to DMCA claims as required by law
- Terminates accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights
- Does not actively monitor or screen content for infringement
9. Limitations and Exclusions
Our DMCA process applies only to copyright claims. For other legal issues:
- Trademark violations should be reported to legal@ever-all.us
- Privacy concerns should follow our Privacy Policy procedures
- Other legal matters should be directed to our legal department
10. International Users
While we process DMCA notices under U.S. law, we respect international copyright protection. Users outside the U.S. may submit notices following similar procedures, but should reference their local copyright laws when applicable.
